Instructions
The ingredients indicate the approximate number of rosehip fruits. Wash the thighs, dry with a paper towel, remove the skin and cut off excess fat.
Carefully cut the bones and chop them off with a meat grinder, without fanaticism, only in a thickened place. We only hit from one side.
Use a sharp knife to make light incisions without cutting through the meat.
Season with salt and pepper, too, on one side. No more spices and seasonings are needed.
Lubricate the grill pan with vegetable oil. Warm it up well.
Put the meat on the smooth side. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, until a beautiful caramel-colored crust forms.
Turn the meat to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
Immediately pour over the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Ready!
