Grilled Mushroom Salad Recipe
I’ve been making this salad for every picnic for many years. A very simple dish.

  1. Chop the parsley and garlic, add the zest and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Add olive oil. This will be a salad dressing. You can cook it at home and take it with you on a picnic.
  3. Mushrooms are washed or thoroughly wiped with a napkin.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in a grill pan, stirring them occasionally with a spatula.
  5. Put the finished mushrooms on a platter. Season with coarse salt and pour over the dressing.
