Grilled Mushrooms in Sour Cream Recipe
Very tender and juicy mushrooms in sour cream. They flew away so fast that I didn’t have time to take a picture of the dish!

  1. Mushrooms are well lubricated with sour cream, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, mix. Let it brew for 15 minutes. Then we salt it and string it on skewers.
  2. Fry on coals for 3 minutes on each side. Adjust the time depending on the size of the mushrooms and the temperature of the coals. The main thing is not to keep mushrooms on the grill for a long time. I managed to bake mushrooms only on the grill. It didn’t work on the platter. Rather, the mushrooms did not reach the dish – they were eaten on the fly!
