For the marinade, grate the sour apple on a fine grater.
Mix the grated apple, soy sauce, pepper and oil, add honey.
If you want, you can add salt to the steaks (I did not salt them), lubricate them with marinade from all sides and leave to marinate (covered with a film) in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (more).
Cook on the grill over the coals, or on the grill, or in a grill pan on both sides.
