Add agar-agar to 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice and leave for half an hour.
Pour the remaining freshly squeezed juice into the sugar, put on fire and bring to a boil.
Slowly pour the juice with the swollen agar-agar into the boiling syrup, stirring continuously, and cook for a few minutes (5-7) after boiling. Turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes.
Pour the hot mixture into silicone molds.
