Homemade Marmalade on Agar-Agar Recipe
This is a very light and delicious dessert. Marmalade can be prepared from any fresh juice.

orange juice from 2 oranges
Of the oranges, squeeze the juice.
To 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, add agar-agar and leave for half an hour.
The remaining fresh juice is poured into sugar, put on fire and bring to a boil.
Slowly pour the juice with the swollen agar-agar into the boiled syrup, stirring continuously, and cook for a few minutes (5-7) after boiling. Turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes.
Pour the hot mixture into silicone molds.
That’s it! Delicious orange marmalade on agar-agar is ready!
