Homemade Marmalade on Agar-Agar Recipe
This is a very light and delicious dessert. Marmalade can be prepared from any fresh juice.

  1. Of the oranges, squeeze the juice.
  2. To 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, add agar-agar and leave for half an hour.
  3. The remaining fresh juice is poured into sugar, put on fire and bring to a boil.
  4. Slowly pour the juice with the swollen agar-agar into the boiled syrup, stirring continuously, and cook for a few minutes (5-7) after boiling. Turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the hot mixture into silicone molds.
  6. That’s it! Delicious orange marmalade on agar-agar is ready!
