Instructions
Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, wash and dry. Peel the pepper from the seeds and cut into large pieces.
Wash the green peas. Cut the tomato into large slices. Divide the dill into small twigs.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the peppers, zucchini and onion over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the green peas to the pan and mix gently.
Add tomatoes and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste and warm for a minute, gently stirring.
Spread the salad on a warmed plate, decorate with olives.
