Ice Cream “Drunk Cherry” Recipe
Delicious, elegant ice cream with cognac cherries. Very easy to prepare.

  1. Remove the stone from the cherry and pour in the cognac. Leave for 2 hours. Then drain the brandy, and the cherries cut into small pieces. Put condensed milk, milk and cream in a whipping container. Beat for a minute.
  2. Put the cut cherries and chocolate grate on a large grater. Stir.
  3. Pour our ice cream into the freezing container and cover with plastic wrap in contact. Put in the freezer for 8-10 hours.
