Ingredients

Fermented baked milk
3
tablespoons
Sugar
2
tablespoons
Coconut shavings
60
gram
Red currant
Vanilla sugar
to taste
Instructions
Fermented baked milk mixed with sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour in the coconut shavings. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Add the berries and stir. Pour the mixture into molds or, as in my case, into paper cups. Put it in the freezer.
As soon as the mixture sets, insert the sticks. Put the ice cream in the freezer for 6 hours.
