So, I have strawberries, frozen, slightly defrosted, cut into 4-6 pieces.
Then measure the butter and sugar on the scales.
Put the butter in a non-stick frying pan and melt at a not very high temperature!
Add the strawberries and mix thoroughly to coat each berry!
Add sugar and simmer, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes!
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET COOL COMPLETELY!
