I want to share with you one of our family, favorite ice cream recipes! Its difference from others is that it is super creamy and mega simple with a delicate aroma of strawberries, and pieces of caramelized berries give an unusual appearance and a special taste. This ice cream can be prepared with cherries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, apples.
So I have strawberries, frozen, lightly thawed, cut into 4-6 pieces.
Then, butter and sugar measure on the scales.
Oil put in a frying pan with non-stick coating and melt at not very high temperature!
Add the strawberries and stir thoroughly to coat every berry!
Add sugar and simmer, stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes!
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY!
Then take a very cold cream for whipping ie 33 %.
Start whipping first at low speeds of the mixer, then increase the speed and beat until SOFT but STABLE PEAKS!
Then add the condensed milk and gently mix with a spatula in the cream!
Now add fully cooled strawberries and gently mix it in the cream!
Mix everything, shift in a flat, rather narrow container, tighten with a transparent, food film and send to the freezer for 6-8 hours.
