Instructions
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance. Measure out the ingredients.
Mix the butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks, lime juice and milk.
Mix it up.
Add flour, baking powder and coconut chips.
To mix.
Add the whipped whites to peaks.
Mix gently.
Put the dough into small ceramic molds.
Put the molds on a baking sheet, pour boiled water into the pan up to half.
Bake the souffle at 180 degrees until golden brown and the sticks dry. It took me 25 minutes.
