  1. Place the marshmallows in a saucepan, having previously crushed them. Add the lactose-free milk and heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Wait until the marshmallows completely dissolve in the milk and remove from the heat.
  3. Beat the mass with a mixer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the milk-marshmallow mixture into the molds and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  5. When serving, you can decorate with any fruit, chocolate, nutlets.
