Fresh, juicy, very satisfying, but not heavy salad. They prepared it for a festive dinner on this occasion, and we really liked it.

  1. Cut chicken meat into strips, put the first layer on a plate or in a salad bowl, if desired, smear a little with mayonnaise.
  2. Put the carrots in the second layer in Korean, – I did not lubricate this layer.
  3. Next, a fresh cucumber, grated on a carrot grater in Korean, or cut into thin strips – this layer is also not lubricated with mayonnaise.
  4. Grate the cheese on top on a medium grater, decorate as desired. Since I hardly used mayonnaise in this salad, I squeezed out a little mayonnaise along the edge of the salad as a decoration and additive, but this is optional.
  5. It is advisable for the salad to stand in the refrigerator for a while and can be served on the table.
