I don't know about you, but when summer comes, I lean on fresh vegetables. First, it is very useful. Secondly, if you have your own garden, it is very budget. Third, and most importantly, it is very tasty! Most vegetables do not require heat treatment, which significantly reduces the time of their preparation. Propose a cooked salad with croutons, which can replace fully-fledged dinner.
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cheese to grate on a large grater.
Cook hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes), peel and cut into thin slices.
