Wonderful meat salad. The ingredients are partly from the salad “Olivier”, only they are much smaller, so the salad turns out to be “light”. You can serve, like me, in portions, or you can in a salad bowl. Try it – it’s delicious!

  1. Wash and boil the meat, disassemble it into fibers or finely chop it.
  2. Cucumbers and garlic finely chop, boil the eggs.
  3. Lightly fry the nuts and chop them with a knife.
  4. Put the ingredients in a glass or salad bowl, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. I took mayonnaise on quail egg, because it is very high quality and does not contain starch.
  5. First, some meat, mayonnaise. Cucumbers with garlic, mayonnaise.
  6. Chopped eggs, mayonnaise.
  7. Repeat the application of layers 2 times. Decorate the top with walnuts.
