Very simple ice cream. There are only 3 ingredients and it cooks well, oh, very quickly, except for the time for freezing. After all, it does not need to be disturbed during the freezing process – ice crystals do not form. Instead of cherries, you can take any other berries.

  1. Cherries can be used both fresh and frozen, you only need to remove the seeds. So, take 150 g of pitted cherries.
  2. Take concentrated milk, because you can’t avoid crystals with ordinary milk. Add the marshmallows, broken into pieces (as small as possible), stirring with a spatula, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. During this time, marshmallows should dissolve in milk, if you still have pieces left, it’s not scary.
  3. Add pitted cherries to the marshmallow-milk mixture. Whisk with a blender until smooth. During this time, the mixture will cool down and begin to thicken. Pour into molds or into a container and put in the freezer for 6 hours or more, preferably overnight. Before serving, let the container stand for 5 minutes at room temperature, then form balls and serve on the festive table).
