Meat Salad “Flower” Recipe
This salad has a lot of diverse greens and, consequently, a lot of vitamins and minerals. A very hearty and delicious seasonal salad.

  1. Cut the meat into pieces (I left the pickled meat), fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
  2. Boil the carrots and cut them into cubes, chop the tomatoes also finely. Mix with carrots.
  3. Finely chop the sorrel and leek.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and season with oil.
  5. Add the beans. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Put lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.
  7. We spread the meat and vegetable mixture on the sheets. Before serving, arrange the chips in a circle.
