Cut the meat into strips and fry in a hot pan, greased with vegetable oil until Golden brown.
1.5 tomatoes cut into small cubes, put on another pan, greased with vegetable oil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
I do this step at the same time as the first step.
After 10 minutes, add honey, salt, spices, crushed garlic. Straighten on salt and pepper, pour vinegar and turn off the heat.
Cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. Fry all onions until tender. Salt and pepper.
Cut the fresh cucumbers into strips.
Finely chop the greens, leave a few twigs for decoration.
Mix greens, meat and sauce.
Put the green lettuce leaves on the serving dish. Then the salad. Garnish with grated cheese, 0.5 tomato slices and herbs.
