Cut the meat into slices and put it in a saucepan with water, add soy sauce to taste.
Chop the garlic and add it to the meat. Simmer under a closed lid until tender.
Peel the young zucchini and cut into cubes. Boil the zucchini until soft in salted water.
Cool the finished meat.
Combine zucchini with meat.
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil – until golden brown. Cool.
Add the crackers to the salad.
Add the green onions.
Stir the salad. Refueling is not required.
The salad is ready.
