Kefir

Cream (10%)

gram
Coconut shavings
20
gram
Gelatin

Dark chocolate
Instructions
Pour the gelatin with cold cream, let it swell for 15 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath until the gelatin dissolves.
Pour gelatin and cream into the kefir.
Add sugar and coconut shavings. If you want something sweeter, add more sugar.
Beat everything with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Pour into a silicone mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Cut into squares.
If desired, decorate with melted chocolate, sprinkle with coconut, nuts or candied fruits.
