1. Add 100 ml of milk to the gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Pour 400 ml of milk into a saucepan and add the swollen gelatin.
3. Put the saucepan on the fire until the gelatin dissolves. DO NOT BOIL!
4. Remove from the heat and add sugar.
5. Pour half of the portion into a glass for 1\2 and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
6. Add cocoa to the other half of the serving.
7. When the first layer is frozen, add the chocolate layer and put it in the refrigerator
