Mint Tea with Berry Ice Recipe
A very simple and very refreshing iced tea that will perfectly quench your thirst. It’s summer now, and we have to come up with not only delicious, but also invigorating drinks. Mint cools well, everyone knows this, and ice from the juice will add flavor and vitamins. You can freeze a lot of different juices for the future – berry, fruit and use them in winter and summer in your favorite drinks. Brew more of this tea and store it in the refrigerator. You can freeze strawberry ice and add it to champagne or pour ordinary mineral water, it will also be delicious! Experiment!

  1. The freshly squeezed juice is poured into ice molds and sent to the freezer. If you want to pour a lot of ice for the future, then simply transfer the ice from the mold to the package and put it back in the freezer.
  2. Mint leaves are sent to a mortar.
  3. Add sugar and rub a little.
  4. Pour boiling water and leave to infuse for five minutes, then cool. You can make more of the drink and store it in the refrigerator, pour it into a glass as needed and add ice.
  5. When the tea cools down, strain it through a strainer and pour into glasses. You can add a few mint leaves.
  6. Add ice cubes from the juice and serve! Enjoy your summer!
