Wash and dry the mushrooms thoroughly.
For the marinade, combine hops-suneli, soy sauce, mayonnaise and mix.
Place the mushrooms in the marinade, mix gently, cover the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Spread the mushrooms on the grill and fry on embers until Golden brown for about 15 minutes, periodically turning and pouring marinade.
