Salads with noodles are a typical dish, most likely for Italy. In this version – Greek motifs. This salad can be served as a main dish or side dish on hot summer days.
Cut the red onion into rings.
To prepare the dressing: mix 2 bags of dressing (I had 2 different ones: with a “dill note” and “lemon note”, and ideally – the “Greek version”) from “Knorr” with 6 tablespoons of water and 4-6 tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the dressing over the onion and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
At this time: wash and dry the arugula. Cucumber, tomatoes and paprika – cut.
Mix the finished noodles, paprika, tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
Put the noodles and vegetables on the arugula leaves, pour the marinade, distribute the onion, add the feta cubes.
