Norwegian Fish Soup Recipe
Everyone knows that fish is a staple in Norway. And so I wanted to try some of their traditional dish. Right in order to plunge into this northern country. I didn’t have to look for a long time, this creamy soup pops up everywhere. I am sharing with you the recipe of this wonderful, delicious soup.

  1. Put the fish in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour water to the level of 2.5 liters. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the bones from the fish, if any, strain the broth, pour into another container. Turn on the “low volume” mode and melt the butter.
  3. Fry the carrots for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the green onions, continue to fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the broth over the carrots and onions. We set the “soup” mode.
  6. While the broth is boiling, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the broth. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, add mussels, peeled shrimp and pieces of fish fillet to the soup. Mussels and shrimp are ready.
  8. Pour in a glass of cream and boil for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. I haven’t eaten such a delicious soup yet, the soup pot in our family disappeared instantly.
