In the bowl slow cooker pour vegetable oil and add the cream. Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" for 15 minutes.
After 2 minutes, when the butter melts, add the carrots, fry it for 3 minutes.
Then add celery, fry for 2 minutes.
It was the turn of finely chopped garlic and hot pepper. Fry, literally, 1 minute. Turn off the "Frying" mode.
Add in the bowl slow cooker potatoes and 300 ml of water. Turn on the "Simmer" for 30 minutes.
Fillet fish cut into cubes.
15 minutes after the start of the program, add pre-thawed seafood.
Then add fish.
Add 250 ml of boiling water and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
In a glass of flour dissolve in 150 ml of cream. Pour the mixture into the soup, add salt and pepper to taste and gently stirring, let the soup thicken, do not boil!!!
If the soup is too thick for you, you can adjust the density by simply adding hot water.
