Norwegian Fish Soup Recipe
Everyone knows that fish is the main product in Norway. And so I wanted to try some of their traditional dish. Straight to take a dip in this North country. Long seek not had to, everywhere crops up this creamy soup. I share with you the recipe of this wonderful, delicious soup.

  1. Put the fish in a bowl multivarki, pour water to level 2.5-liter. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. With fish to remove bones, if any, strain the broth, pour into another container. Turn on the “small volume” and melt the butter.
  3. Fry the carrots for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the green onions, continue to fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. The carrots, onion, pour broth. Put the mode “soup”.
  6. While the broth is boiling, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to broth. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes in the soup, add the mussels, peeled shrimps and fish fillet pieces. Mussels and shrimp are ready.
  8. Pour a glass of cream and boil for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Such a delicious soup I have not eaten, a pot of soup in our family disappeared instantly.
