Omelet Roll with Vegetables Recipe
Very fast, delicious and bright. So feel free to prepare children before school, they just like it. Use any cheese, ideally hard, because it holds the roll together more, but I tried it with melted, it turned out more tender and juicier. Vegetables are also any, I did it with three different fillings, royal and red pepper and spinach, but you can experiment as you like, it’s a matter of taste.

  1. Finely chop the pepper, the smaller, the softer it will be in the omelet.
  2. Chop the spinach finely. You can have fresh, but I had ice cream.
  3. Beat an egg into each filling, mix well with a fork until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grease a small frying pan, for example for pancakes, with a small amount of oil using a brush. Put it on the fire, heat it up and pour one of the omelets. Straighten it so that it is even. Rub the top with hard cheese or smear with melted.
  5. Roll out a thick roll with two forks or spatulas and put it on a plate.
  6. Also fry the second omelet, only at the end put the previous one on the edge and roll them together.
  7. Do the same with the third omelet and roll the previous two in it. Then fry in oil on all sides until golden brown.
  8. Slice it obliquely and serve hot.
