Peach Sherbet Recipe
Sherbet or Granita (in modern terms) – frozen fruit juice, crushed into a light crumb. Peach with champagne even without freezing just amazing taste! The frozen sorbet is very refreshing in the heat. Gorgeous dessert for a summer holiday table.

  1. Peel the peaches and remove the seeds. Cut into large pieces.
  2. Chop the peach in a blender.
  3. Put the peach puree in a metal dish. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and the juice of 1 lemon. Mix everything with a mixer.
  4. Pour in the champagne and stir. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. After an hour, remove the puree, beat well with a whisk. Then put the bowl back in the freezer for 1 hour.
  6. Pre-cool the cremans. You can put it in the freezer for 5 minutes. Before serving, beat the sherbet again, pour in the apricot liqueur, mix again and put it in the cooled cremans. If desired, decorate with Melissa. Bon Appetit!
