  1. Cut potatoes, tomatoes and onions. From a can of tuna, drain some of the oil, spread it with the vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add soy sauce and salt.
  3. Stuff the peppers, top with three cheeses. Put in a baking dish, bake at 180 degrees, about 30 minutes until the pepper is ready.
  4. Ready.
