  1. Wash the dill, dry it well and chop it coarsely.
  2. Wash the parsley, dry it and chop it coarsely.
  3. Walnuts are coarsely chopped.
  4. Put the dill, parsley, garlic and nuts in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
  5. And grind into a coarse-grained paste.
  6. Add grated cheese and 50 ml of oil. Re-enable the combine and chop everything until a uniform paste is formed.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you want to get a less dense consistency, add another 50 ml of oil and mix well. Transfer the pesto to a jar, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator.
  8. Dill pesto is perfect for making various sandwiches, you can bake fish with it, add it to the sauce for meatballs, marinade for baked potatoes, and so on. It also makes a delicious potato salad. You just need to boil young small potatoes in the skin, then peel it, season with pesto and you can serve. With grilled dishes, it will be just fine!
