  1. So, cut the meat into thin strips, fry with the addition of salt and spices.
  2. Eggs are not cut into small, but medium cubes.
  3. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers in the same way, not very finely.
  4. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
  5. Meat, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce leaves are seasoned with mayonnaise, salted to taste. Add the crackers just before serving the salad and mix everything again. This salad can be seasoned with olive oil, as for me, the taste is no worse.
