Spices (salt, pepper, sugar)

Olive oils
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in a uniform, peel and cut into thick slices.
Finely chop the onion and parsley. To prepare the marinade sauce, mix butter, vinegar, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
Add olives, parsley, onions to the potatoes, pour over the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour!
