An interesting, hearty, bright salad of potatoes, carrots, green peas, eggs and sorrel leaves! A very simple salad.

Sour cream
Instructions
Boil potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into small pieces. Also cut the boiled eggs into slices.
Wash the sorrel leaves, dry them and chop them. Drain the liquid from the canned green peas. Mix all the ingredients in a convenient mixing bowl.
Add salt and pepper with black pepper to taste, season the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise and mix gently.
