There are quite a few recipes for cooking potatoes. I offer my own version of a potato dish with mustard-milk filling. Lovers of spicy dishes will appreciate the potatoes cooked according to this recipe.
Beat the egg with a fork, add salt (1 teaspoon without a slide), ground black pepper (1/3 teaspoon).
Add the spicy dried herbs (1/2 teaspoon) to the egg mixture.
Add the prepared mustard (2 teaspoons without a slide). Stir the mixture.
Add 200 ml of milk (1 cup) to the egg-spice mixture.
Cut the potatoes into plastic pieces.
Put the potatoes in a baking dish.
Put the prepared mixture into a baking dish with potatoes. I want to note that the mixture should cover the potatoes almost completely. Send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 C. Bake until cooked.
