Wash small new potatoes well and cut them into quarters.
Wash the fresh string beans and cut off the tips. Defrost frozen beans.
Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin and cut them into 4 parts.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-rings.
Cut out four sheets of foil approximately 30×30 cm in size. If the foil is thin, form a square in two layers.
Divide the sausages, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and onions into 4 equal parts and place in the center of each square of foil in a single layer.
Fold all 4 sides of each square to form a package.
In each package, add butter, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste, mix gently. I didn’t salt it, because the soy sauce is quite salty.
Seal the foil tightly.
Place the foil bags on a well-heated grill and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
You can bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve the finished potatoes immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
