Tomatoes are fleshy and not watery with a delicious sauce. Very simple salad.

  1. Cut tomatoes in half.
  2. Drizzle with soy sauce. Sprinkle with spices. Place under a press for 2 hours. To do this, put the halves of the tomato on a plate, cover with another plate and place the press on top (a jar of water)
  3. Remove the press. Drain the juice in a separate container.
  4. Chop the tomatoes coarsely.
  5. Cut the onion into rings. Cut the olives into small circles. Add to the tomatoes.
  6. Add vegetable oil, sugar and starch to the tomato juice Stir and heat Stir again and allow to cool
  7. Pour the sauce over the salad.
