  1. Pepper and part of the pumpkin cut into pieces and bake in the oven, sprinkled with Italian herbs.
  2. Cut the rest of the pumpkin into cubes and fry in olive oil with cumin.
  3. Mix the baked and fried vegetables in a blender and whisk with cream.
  4. Put it on the stove and add the shrimp.
  5. Add the grated parmesan.
