Pumpkin Fritter with Apple Recipe
I’m continuing my pumpkin dish season. Today it’s pancakes! Sunny, gentle and healthy! Very tasty hot. Very tasty, and most importantly – useful! No sugar was added at all! There was enough sweetness – it depends on the type of pumpkin and apples!

  1. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
  2. Grate the apple as well. And put out the pumpkin and apple in water or milk until soft over medium heat.
  3. Cool and mix with flour, egg and salt.
  4. Fry, spreading with a spoon in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  5. Serve with honey, cinnamon and sesame seeds.
