Raw Pumpkin Salad with Apple Recipe
This salad can be used for breakfast or as a dessert with various dressings – or without dressings at all (as I often do). Pumpkin and apple can be sliced (as I describe) or grated.

Ingredients
  • 100gram Nutmeg(I take the nutmeg pumpkin, because it is easy to buy, but you can take any.)
  • 1/2pieces Apple
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1tsp Honey
Instructions
  1. We take a pumpkin and cut off a suitable piece from it.
  2. A whole cup of zucchini with nuts is a lot, so I take half.
  3. Cut the pumpkin into pieces like straws about 1 cm thick.
  4. And cut into squares of 1 cm by 1 cm by 1-2 mm (to make it easier to chew).
  5. Peel the apple and cut it into small thin pieces (to match the pumpkin pieces).
  6. Mix the pumpkin with the apple. If desired, prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice with honey, and pour over the salad. You can add cinnamon or other spices to taste.
