If the stems are young, fresh, they can not be cleaned off the top layer.

In a pan with a small amount of olive oil, fry the celery and mushrooms on high heat for 5-7 minutes, constantly shaking the pan or stirring.

Finely chop the celery.
Peel and slice the Apple or RUB it with a straw, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
