  1. Peel the eggplant and cut into cubes.
  2. Add spices and sliced eggplants to boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Cut the onion into cubes and put it in a colander. Discard the finished eggplants and let the water drain. Then we put it in a salad bowl.
  3. Cut the egg into cubes and mix with eggplant and scalded onion. Add mayonnaise, salt to taste.
