I love this chicken salad for its simplicity and at the same time divine taste. All ingredients are perfectly combined with each other. Cooking takes a little time, and the result is above praise. On my holiday or everyday table – salad "Tenderness" with chicken will be the first to be scattered.
Chop the onion and marinate it. In a bowl with onions add salt, sugar, vinegar and pour all the boiling water. The water should cover the onion completely. Leave to marinate on the table for 15 minutes.
Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Chop the chicken.
On a large plate, place the first layer of chicken, then mayonnaise. I cut off the corner of the mayonnaise packet and draw a grid.
Next, put the pickled onions.
The next layer is boiled potatoes. Grate on a coarse grater, spread over the entire surface.
Top draw mayonnaise grid.
Then grate the egg yolk on a small grater and spread it well with a fork over the entire surface of the salad.
On top of the yolk, grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. I pre-send cheese in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, it is then easier to RUB.
And the last layer is egg white. RUB it on a small grater and a fork spread throughout the salad.
Send the tenderness salad to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. All Bon appetit!
