Salad “English” Recipe
Here’s a recipe I found on the Internet. I can’t say that the salad is light, like cheese with mayonnaise, but I liked it, I hope you will like it too.

  1. Collect the necessary ingredients.
  2. Radish cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  4. Cut the eggs into cubes.
  5. Mix the crushed ingredients together.
  6. Add the green peas and finely chopped green onions.
  7. Cut the lettuce leaves or tear them with your hands, not too large. Add to the salad, mix.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mix. Spread on a platter, decorate as desired and eat. By the way, there was still 1 clove of garlic in the original, but I decided not to add it. Those who do not use mayonnaise may well experiment with dressing. I think sour cream with a small amount of mustard is also perfect here.
