  1. 1. Grate raw carrots on a Korean grater. 2. Cut the ham into thin slices. 3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  2. 4. Add crackers and canned corn to carrots, ham and cheese. 5. Pass the garlic through the press. 6. Season the salad with salt to taste and season with sour cream.
