Boil the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Grate the boiled carrots on a medium grater, chop the eggs finely, and chop the dill.
Wash the rice in cold water and allow the excess liquid to drain. Add the rice to the salad , pass the garlic through the press. Cut the ham into small cubes , add sour cream or mayonnaise. Gently mix.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it on top of the salad.
