Salad “Refreshing” Recipe
Today I would like to share with you our family version of this amazing salad. We tried a lot and came up with this combination. Easy. Crispy. Fresh. Salad is equally perfect for meat, fish or as an independent light dish.

Ingredients

Cabbage, red,

Coriander

Apple

Onion red

teaspoons
Mint (dried)

Yogurt
Instructions
Take the red cabbage and chop it. We remember a little so that the cabbage becomes a little softer.
Cut the red onion into thin half rings.
Chop a bunch of coriander. It is green, it complements this salad amazingly.
Add the juice of half a lime. Mix everything together. Cabbage will start to give juice.
Then add the grated half of the apple.
The salad is almost ready. Add natural yogurt.
And dried mint!
A very fresh and healthy salad is ready. Salt. Mix well and serve!
