Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then dry. Cut the young cabbage into thin strips. Finely chop the greens.
Peel the apple and carrot and three on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle the cabbage and greens lightly with salt and mash with your hands so that the cabbage gives juice.
Add carrots, apples, raisins and your favorite greens.
Now you can prepare the filling.
Add granular mustard, vinegar, and oil to the sour cream.
Add salt and pepper to taste. I didn't add pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad.
Mix everything and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
