A very well-known salad, but neither by name nor by the composition of similar products is found. I decided to propose. Hearty salad, minimum cooking time.
It’s very simple: drain the liquid from the beans (I had white beans, but this does not play a big role, I used to take red beans), add crushed garlic, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
And lay out the first layer.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil, put the second layer together with the oil.
Cut the sausage into thin strips – this is the third layer. Cover the salad with a film or lid, leave to soak for a few minutes.
